The website was, like, really simple to get around, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout wasn’t confusing either, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it was just a smooth and easy shopping experience

The box showed up crushed, the items inside looked like they were just tossed in. It felt poorly packed, poorly packed for sure, and I was a bit disappointed when I opened it.

I ordered a medium, but whoever handled the sizing on this must’ve been guessing because it fits more like an extra small. Frustrating and just felt like a waste of time.

I really wanted to love this, it looks cute and the fit was okay — but the fabric just didn’t feel great on me. After wearing it for a bit, it started feeling kind of scratchy, not soft like I was expecting. The style is nice, so I’m a little bummed, but I don’t think I’d reach for it much. For the price, I was hoping the material would feel better.

My first thought was, great, it showed up on time and most of it looked right. Then I noticed one item was the wrong size, which was annoying. Not the end of the world, but still something they should’ve caught. Everything else was fine though

I ended up waiting almost three weeks for my order to show up, and the tracking updates were basically useless the whole time. It was frustrating, especially since nothing was really explained. I also couldn’t help wondering if there were some extra shipping or handling charges baked in somewhere, because the whole process just felt a bit off.

Checkout was easy overall, and I kind of wish I hadn’t expected it to be more of a hassle. The cart was clear, adding my address was straightforward, and I got through most of it without really thinking about it.
The only part I regret not being more patient with was the payment page, because it loaded a little slowly and I wasn’t sure if my first click actually went through. I paused for a second wondering if I should click again, which was a bit annoying.
The order confirmation came through right after, though, so it ended up being fine. I’d use it again, but I do hope that last payment step feels a little smoother next time.

My order was okay in the end, but it took longer than I expected and getting help from support was slow. The frustrating part was that nobody really seemed to take ownership of the issue — I kept feeling like I was being passed around instead of someone just handling it. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely wasn’t very happy with it.

After a few wears and washes, the fabric started looking kind of worn out, and one of the seams came loose. It’s not terrible and I can still wear it, but for the price, I really expected it to hold up better

I had to return a dress, it could not have been any easier. The whole process was super quick, and my refund came through with zero hassle. I’m 100% convinced this was the smoothest return experience possible.

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected

I’ve ordered from Brunch Club twice now, and both times the parcels turned up when they said they would. The tracking was easy enough to follow and updated like it should. One of the boxes looked a bit squashed when it arrived, which made me a little unsure at first, but everything inside was fine. Gut feeling, they seem dependable enough, and I’d probably order from them again.

I did eventually get my refund, so that part was fine, but I had to follow up a couple of times to make it happen. My gut feeling was that if I hadn’t chased it, it might’ve just sat there longer. Not a terrible experience, but definitely slower and more hassle than I expected

It’s fine, honestly. Like, the quality is nice enough and I don’t really have any major complaints, but for what I paid I kind of expected a little more. Maybe I was just expecting too much, I don’t know. It does the job, and it looks okay, but yeah, the price still feels a bit high

I went to grab it and, once again, it was already sold out. Frustrating because this keeps happening. Just a heads-up: if you see it in stock, don’t wait too long or you’ll probably miss it like I did.
